City distribution includes all goods transport to or from urban locations to any kind of customer: businesses, public institutions, shops or private individuals.

Smooth city distribution entails more than just transport and includes a variety of logistics and value-added activities. Consider the care for the living environment and the specific district layout that need to be taken into account, for example. Loading and unloading often have to be done within certain hours. This requires flexible, innovative thinking, as the costs - naturally - have to be kept under control.

We have a large number of hubs from where we carry out last-mile distribution to shops and private individuals. Busy city centers are no problem. If possible or necessary, we deliver during the ‘quiet’ hours. Evening and night transport not only shortens delivery times, but is also often necessary to be able to delivery quickly and smoothly to private recipients.

Environmental care

We devote a great deal of care to devising environmentally-friendly transport solutions and sustainable logistics. We are currently conducting a trial with trucks running on natural gas (in collaboration with Mercedes) and we closely follow the latest developments in environmentally-aware mobility. You can therefore rest assured that your goods are delivered with vehicles that make no unnecessary impact on our living environment.
